Our facility is equipped with the latest technology utilizing real-time x-ray and ultrasound guidance to provide the safest and most accurate interventions to treat your pain.

All of our doctors have residency training in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. They have undergone ACGME accredited pain medicine fellowship training in world renowned hospitals in the United States.

Until recently, the vast majority of injections to treat pain in Canada have been performed without the availability of real-time x-ray and ultrasound guidance. There has also been a nation-wide shortage of board-certified pain medicine specialists in Canada. It is our mission to provide compassionate care to Canadians using the latest technology and advancements to treat chronic pain.

Following your initial consultation, our specialists will provide you with a comprehensive and individualized care plan using the latest interventional procedures, non-opioid based medications, and physical therapy. Most of our available treatments are OHIP insured services. Patients will receive a call within 2 weeks to be booked for a consultation.

From the initial consultation, to the eventual first procedure - it went flawlessly. To start, the receptionist & staff were kind and caring. Also, the facility itself is very clean and well maintained. And Dr. Imrat Sohanpal was very respectful and professional. I was a bit nervous going in BUT he answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The procedure went very well, and I will be coming back every 6 months thanks to how great everything went. I est très gentil, il écoute et il est très compatissant envers ses patients. Il a toujours un beau sourire qui vous mets à l'aise de parler avec lui et de lui poser n'importe quel question. Mais cette semaine j'ai été très déçue etant donné que j'avais besoin de son opinion cause que mon medicin de la douleur est en vacance. Une de ses assistante a refusé de me transférer a lui. Elle a posée plusieurs questions comme ci elle m'interrogeait et puis elle a dit que ce n'est pas une clinic de soins urgent. Car j'ai écrit dans mon courriel que je devais absolument parler avec Dr.McCallum et que c'était urgent. Je ne sais pas si elle a mal compris. De toute façon je ne veux pas élaborer. The biggest thing is that he took my pain seriously and did everything he could to help me.  When I told my family doctor I needed a referral, her initial response was, why now?  What's changed? Nothing worked more than temporarily so after an MRI I was referred to this clinic. I met with Dr Snyder and his team for pain procedure. Recognized in Post City Magazine’s 2026 “Toronto’s Top 500 Doctors“ list - for excellence in Pain Management

Dr. Sohanpal was trained in Anesthesia and Pain Medicine at the University College London Hospital, where he later worked as Consultant before moving to Toronto in 2014. He regularly provided group exam teaching on basic sciences, acute and chronic pain, regional and pediatric anesthesia. He also spent 1 year at the University of Michigan Hospital at C. S Mott Children’s Hospital as an Attendee specializing in pediatric Neuroanesthesia, pediatric acute pain and regional anesthesia. Dr. Sohanpal has continued his interest in education as part of the faculty for pain residents of the University of Toronto Pain Program. He has keen interest in regenerative therapy and has presented his research at Internationally renowned pain conferences. His goal is to continue to provide high standard of care using evidence-based medicine and to contribute to research and education in pain medicine.
